Cookie & Storage Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Overview
This policy describes how InvoiceBillMaker utilizes browser storage technologies (such as LocalStorage and session cookies) to deliver its invoicing platform. We prioritize privacy and keep client-side storage focused strictly on essential product functionality.
2. Technologies We Use
We use the following client storage mechanisms:
A. HTML5 LocalStorage (Essential)
LocalStorage allows the application to store your working invoice draft, your list of created invoices, and customer contact entries on your physical device. This enables the invoice generator to function offline and ensures your work is not lost when you refresh or close your browser tab.
Key names: invoicepro_draft, invoicepro_invoices, invoicepro_customers
B. Authentication Session Tokens (Essential)
For logged-in users, Firebase manages encrypted authentication session tokens in browser storage to maintain your sign-in state across page reloads.
3. No Third-Party Advertising Cookies
InvoiceBillMaker does not deploy third-party advertising trackers, cross-site behavior profiling scripts, or monetization tracking cookies.
4. How to Manage or Clear Storage
You have complete control over data stored in your browser. You can clear LocalStorage at any time through your browser's Developer Tools or Settings under "Clear Site Data". You can also clear stored invoices directly from the Invoice History page using the "Clear All Invoices" action.
